What types of pets do you treat?
We provide veterinary care for a wide range of animals, including dogs, cats, exotics, horses, and many types of hobby farm animals like chickens, turkeys, goats, sheep, and llamas. We don’t offer cattle herd health, but if you’ve got a hobby farm with a few cattle, feel free to give us a call, and we can discuss what you need.
We also see a variety of exotic pets, just not venomous species. If you’re ever unsure, don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re always happy to chat and let you know if it’s something we can help with!
Do you accept new clients?
Yes! We’re currently welcoming new clients to our veterinary clinic in St. Croix Falls, WI. To get started, simply complete our New Client Form, and a team member will follow up with the next steps.
What should I bring to my pet’s first appointment?
Please bring any previous medical records, a list of current medications, and your pet’s insurance information. New clients should also complete our New Client Form in advance to help speed up the check-in process.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience, including cash, credit cards, checks, CareCredit, and Scratchpay. Please note that payment is due at the time of service. Visit our Payment Options page for more details about financing and pet insurance.
Do you offer emergency services?
We are not a dedicated emergency hospital, but we do our best to accommodate urgent daytime needs. If your pet is experiencing an emergency during business hours, please call us immediately.
